What we collect

When you send the project form we receive what you enter (name, phone, optional email, city or ZIP, project details and notes) plus the page you sent it from, the referring site and campaign tags (utm parameters) if present. When you call, the call is routed through a call-tracking number, which records the calling number, call time and duration and may record the call for quality and lead verification.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to an independent pool contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your project. Contractors may pay us for project requests or for use of this website. We send your request only to contractors who may do your project, and we don't sell or give your information to anyone for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Forms are processed by Formspree; calls by a call-tracking provider; the site is hosted on Cloudflare. We may use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager to measure visits and actions such as form starts and phone-link clicks. We don't send your name, phone, email, address or message to analytics tools.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores the first page you landed on and campaign tags in your browser's local storage so they can accompany a form request. Analytics tools, if enabled, set their own cookies; you can block them in your browser.

Retention and your choices

We keep request records as long as needed to deliver and verify them and to meet legal obligations. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, call (925) 492-7114. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information.

Children

This site is for adults planning home improvement projects and is not directed at children under 16.
